MantisBT is a popular open source bug tracker. Its architecture features a plugin system that allows extending its functionalities. This article lists the MantisBT plugins that allows to integrate an Agile project management approach like Scrum or Kanban around the basic features of MantisBT.
There are currently four open source plugins that allows to add Scrum and Kanban features so that you can integrate an Agile project management approach with the basic functionalities of the MantisBT open source bug tracking tool.
AgileMantis
agileMantis tries to bridge the gap between the open source bug tracking system MantisBT and Agile software development with Scrum. You can manage requirements for software products with MantisBT when these requirements are represented by issues that can be picked up and processed for defined target versions of the software. The issues are similar to User Stories in Scrum. This product has also a commercial version named agileMantis Expert is a commercial tool with an improved user interface and additional features like reporting graphs and statistics.

ComsolitBacklog
ComsolitBacklog is a MantisBT plugin that allows to prioritize Issues of a project relative to each other and thus to manage a Scrum/Agile backlog of user stories. The plugin adds the menu item “backlog” to the MantisBT menu. The view of the backlog is separated in prioritized (at the top) and unprioritized Issues (at the bottom). Issues can be moved from the bottom area to the backlog either by the action buttons in each line or by drag-and-drop. Inside the backlog, you can move the items with drag-and-drop.

MantisKanban
MantisKanban is an open source Kanban extension to MantisBT that uses Ajax and mantisconnect.

Scrum Board
The Scrum Board plugin for MantisBT is a simple open source plugin that adds a Scrum board based on Status, Category, and Target Version to MantisBT.
The plugin requires MantisBT version 1.2.6 or higher.
