We cover many general principles, but dive deeply in the metrics needed for lean and agile software practices, using Kanban and Scrum as our representative methodologies. You’ll leave with a number of good metrics and how to collect them, and more importantly, with a deepened understanding of why measuring the right things is critical, and how to measure those things.
