Scrum Alliance has announced big changes to the Developer Certification track. Both the revamped Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) and the Advanced Certified Scrum Developer (A-CSD) courses are now available on ScrumAlliance.org.
The updated CSD course is designed to teach product developers the essential concepts and skills they need to work successfully in a Scrum environment. The goal is to expose students to the most important tools and techniques needed to build good products in the iterative and incremental fashion that Scrum requires. The A-CSD course is designed to up-level the learning gained in the CSD course by immersing CSDs in practice and practical application. Students learn about advanced tools and collaboration techniques needed to build good products in a Scrum environment. To enroll in this course, you must have the CSD certification and 12 months of work experience.
