VersionOne Merged into CollabNet

CollabNet and VersionOne have announced the two companies have merged. The combined company, which will maintain the CollabNet name, will be headquartered in Atlanta. CollabNet CEO Flint Brenton will serve as CEO of the combined company, and VersionOne CEO Robert Holler will serve as chief strategy officer. Terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
