Most of the approaches that look to combine User Experience (UX) design and Agile delivery are flawed; these approaches might be well-meaning, but by trying to force design work into sprints means work is rushed and done poorly or missed altogether.
The most common approach to integrating UXD and Agile is dual track (AKA staggered sprint), a practice that in reality creates siloes separating design from development leading to a number of issues. This presentation examines alternative approaches that align UXD and Agile in a way that is truly user-centered and agile in practice.
